If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you may have picked up on the fact that not only do I love eating out at restaurants, I also love cooking. While I’m not an expert by any means, I finally decided that I’d start adding some recipes to my blog.
While my dining style varies from street food to fine dining and encompasses a love of nose to tail eating, my cooking is much simpler. I love clean, fresh flavours and combinations of texture. Think quick meals (most of the time) and rustic looking dishes.
Anyways, here’s my first recipe – I hope you enjoy it!

16 February 2014 at 9:13 amI love pannacotta, it's one of my favourite desserts to make! You can do this without the chocolate and cocoa and it is the lightest vanilla one 🙂 we just tried it this weekend with brown sugar and cinnamon instead mmm! Hope you enjoy it 🙂
