A caprese salad is a classic Italian dish and has all the right colours for Christmas which is why it was the third recipe I decided to use for my Belmont Forum recipes this year. While the traditional salad is enjoyable on it’s own, I like to add some grilled zucchini and seafood such as prawns or squid to make it that little bit more special. Itβs such an easy to make dish and can be made ahead of time, with the seafood added right at the end.
