Recipe: Vanilla bean pannacotta with blueberries and pistachio crumble

Pannacotta was one of the first desserts I ever perfected, and is a regular feature for the boy and I when making a quick and easy sweet course. I’ve already shared my chocolate pannacotta recipe, but the first flavour I actually ever learned was a vanilla bean pannacotta. I’ve given it a little twist with a pistachio crumble for added texture.

I've always used sheet gelatine to make panna cotta but your recipe sounds really good. I love that pistachio crumble too.

I have to admit I still haven't tried it with sheet gelatine – I'm told the result is much silkier so I'll definitely have to give it a go. Hope you enjoy this version! 🙂
